The links to the left take you to movies of cells and cell nuclei
as indicated by the page title. All experiments were completed in
the MIchael J Hendzel, Ph.D. Laboratory located at the Cross Cancer
Institute. Dr. Hendzel is a faculty member in the Department of
Oncology at the University of Alberta. The images were collected
using Zeiss fluorescence microscopes (Axiovert 200M) driven by
MetaMorph Imaging software. Deconvolution of 3-D data sets was
performed in some cases. For these data sets, images were
deconvolved using Huygens deconvolution software from Scientific
Volume Imaging. 3-D reconstructions were obtained using BitPlane
Imaris software.
