Edition and evidence scope
The 12 October edition record describes the Word files and web text at that date. On 7 November the nuclear speckles web review was revised and the two chromatin web reviews were merged. Their October Word editions remain available below.
The 20 original Word draft links and four webpage links on Downloads map to 23 canonical topics. Each now has a complete new narrative, a comparison table, inline citations and a matching current Word edition. Both earlier Cajal-body drafts remain archived and map to one current review.
Scientific citations are primary experimental, observational, mathematical or methods studies and selected seminal reviews. Publication notices accompany affected papers. Research tools supplied discovery and source records; generated answers and citation counts were not used as proof. Each webpage bibliography records what primary material was accessed and what the source supports.
All 375 reference entries cover 168 distinct primary studies, 7 seminal reviews and 3 publication notices. Every scientific paragraph, list item and comparison-table row has citations. Citation presence and document parity were checked independently of scientific source-fit review. Word editions were rendered with Microsoft Word.
Searches were topic specific through October 2026. Abstract-only sources support bounded findings; detailed Results, supplements, raw data and full derivations were not all independently appraised. These editions do not certify experimental replication or exhaustive literature capture.
